How to Use

01.: Make payment for your chosen plan.

✧You will receive a payment confirmation email.

02.: Within 3 business days, you will receive a membership welcome email.

03.: When you visit, please provide your membership number at reception.

Notes

Registration for the official app “SOLOTTE!” is required.
New memberships are open only to men under 39 years old.
If you wish to start using immediately after payment, please show your payment confirmation email at store reception.
For system reasons, please use a credit card registered in the same name as the member for payment.
The Members Club will automatically renew on the expiration date for the same amount/period as the initial purchase.
To cancel auto-renewal, please contact us via the inquiry form at least 10 days before the next renewal date.
If you receive a payment failure notice at auto-renewal, please make the payment again promptly. During any period without confirmed re-payment, discounts will not apply, and the suspension period cannot be extended afterward.
Single-person visits are not eligible for discounts. Discounts apply only to the member when two or more people visit.
Charges and solo seating fees are not eligible for discounts.

Shared seating from 20:22 to 21:09

20:22–21:02 (40 minutes): Member discount applied, free of charge.

21:03–21:09 (under 10 minutes): Standard shared seating fee for 10 minutes.

No full refunds or prorated refunds (monthly/daily) after purchase.
You cannot subscribe to more than one plan simultaneously; if duplicates occur, the higher-tier plan applies.
Plan changes cannot be made mid-term; to change plans, apply for a new one after your current plan ends.
Membership may be revoked if your behavior causes inconvenience to other customers.
